Convenient O-Ring kit contains wide range of popular sizes, either metric sizes or inch sizes, as per AS568 A, JIS B2401, etc standard sizes. It is ready to use and will give you easy access and storage to whatever size you need. The storage posts are clearly labeled to provide instant size identification. There is even a built in gauge to measure the size of the old O-Ring needing replacement. This kit is available in either high performance VITON, Buna-N, PTFE or Silicone composition.

Cords are produced by extrusion, it can be made up to any desired diameters, but only good for static application.
Unlike molded O-rings made in costly machined molds, toroidal, or spliced, sealing rings are made out of extruded elastomeric cord that is end-to-end glued, stapled or hot vulcanized to create a continuous ring. Tolerances for ID and thickness tend to be greater than for molded parts.
Typically, these seals are used in secondary static applications, such as large flanges, container cover gaskets, door seals in autoclaves and vacuum furnaces, and lid and face seals, where unusually large ID or cross section dimensions or a non-standard O-ring is required.
